I am extremely disappointed with this iron! I bought this iron in April of this year (2018) and when ordering this item also bought a holder and heating pad and already had a case to take care of. I've only used it on carpets and kept putting it back in the holder once it's cooled. But now, after only 4 months, the lock/unlock button has cracked and crumbled and the pin has fallen out, causing it to no longer work properly. Mine unfortunately stopped working during the hair straightening process. I bought it 16 months ago and used it 1-2 times a month on average. Will have to buy warranty next time.

Like most other reviewers, which should have been enough characters, I had to return it. The button was broken when I opened it, it was pulling on my hair and didn't work. It was cheap.

This is my second purchase because I lost my old one :( and then I found it a week after I got the new one 😹 but it is great that i have curly hair i can say that because the clips are short the styling time will be longer but keep repeating if you have curly hair like me i have very curly hair and i like it but sometimes I need a different style :) . It makes my hair shiny

Easy to use, the plates touch well and don't pull your hair. It has temperature control which I like so I don't fry my hair. I think it works just as well as the much more expensive irons I've used.

My wife's iron just broke after 6 months of use. The grip pin is broken and no longer used! I believe it should be guaranteed at least 1 year. I doubt I have a calling. Stay away from this iron and choose another one
