Reliable and worthy of me

It works great with my commuter car. I drive 40 miles every day in Austin, I can't avoid everything and get apartments. This is an upper body workout that inflates my 2.2 26 inch tires (up to 40-50 psi) but is quite doable compared to other hand pumps I've tried. It's quite large, but not too difficult to put down. Annoying is the tip, which you screw in and out to stay on the valve, you have to loosen it to get it off the valve if I haven't tightened it firmly, and it must have completely…

Nice features and great attachment system

Needed something to carry for fat bike tires and this seems to fit the bill. I carry CO2 for my road bikes but I find you need to carry a few cartridges to get it back on the road. The main reason for choosing this particular pump is the flexible hose, T-handle and frame attachment. The frame mount can be attached to the bottle cage mounts or can be mounted anywhere with the included protective rubber feet and zip ties. The instructions that came with it don't say anything about how to change…

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Expensive

PROS: It's small, portable, and a floor pump, which means you can use your weight to make pumping easier, a big plus. It seems to provide adequate air volume, which is essential for large mountain bike tires. BAD: Poor valve assembly. You must fight him to lift and secure the lever. At this point, most of the air in the tire is gone. A significant amount of air also escapes when you remove the head, meaning you have to inflate too much air to compensate. Topeak got the valving right with their…

Hands down the best mini pump I have ever had

I have had several mini pumps over the years. They were all small, fitting in a saddlebag or in frame storage, but were cumbersome to use on the trail. Not only did they take a lot of effort and time to inflate your tire, they were clumsy, making it difficult to hold the valve stem in place (and I broke more than one Presta stem). This pump solves all problems. these problems. A tire can be easily inflated between the tube, foot pad and folding handle, while the mountain version provides more…

Big volume exactly

So far so good. I needed something with enough volume to air out 4.5 seconds on my fat bike, didn't last all day, and this bad boy nailed it. It's much faster than a mini pump. I like the flexible hose that reduces stress on the valve stem when pumping and the way it converts into a small floor pump is very convenient. He is tall. Long enough that it doesn't fit in my bike frame, and I ride big bikes. And I'm not sure I like the built-in mount as opposed to the side-shifted mount like most pump

Why do these mini boats have such a bad reputation?

You may have seen this on Reddit, a forum, an old Yahoo answer. Some cyclists just don't believe in these little guys. This pump is amazing, the valve adapter installation is amazing, the bracket is amazing. This is my bike pump, my only one. Yes, you probably won't excel with it on a tubeless rig, but for nice and reliable inflation it exceeds all expectations. The kickstand, while unnecessary, is such a great feature you'd forget you're using a mini bike pump unless you're fixing a flat tire…

Great pump - accessories

I've been using this pump for 8 months now and it's still working great. I use it on a 29" unicycle; I don't have room on the frame to mount the pump, so I carry it in (or on top of) my backpack. I have it for inflating 2" and 3" wides Tires used (and once used to inflate a car tire) Starting with a tube inflated just enough to hold its shape, it takes 180 pumps to reach 25psi in a 3" tire and 215 pumps to to inflate a 2" tire to 55psi. I switch between two tire types. quite often and always…
