Some reviewers have said it works well on their cars. In my experience, this fitting did not properly engage my car's Schrader valves, so I was unable to take pressure readings or inflate it when it was installed. It was not clear to me from the description on the website that this product is for bikes only. The packaging and literature that came with the product was clearer. I have a moped/scooter with 12" wheels made from large aluminum spokes (5). They already have 45 degree valves but it is still very difficult to inflate them with air. I use a portable air pump with a clip-on connector to keep my car tires inflated. The clip-on is almost useless: it's difficult to put on the tire's schrader valve and very difficult to remove from the schrader. So I tried Topeak. The picture attached is not entirely correct; It has a flat head vacuum valve instead of the one pictured here on Revain inside the threaded female end (which is good because I really wanted it anyway). This little tool was well packaged and delivered very quickly. The purchase was like a game of dice after reading the negative reviews, but I was lucky and everything works great.
