I've searched everywhere for a light fixture that doesn't make my house look like a parking lot. This is a beautiful light that makes the room look like museum lighting. I am very happy with it.

These lights are very poorly constructed and just don't fit properly in a 6 inch box. Springs just aren't able to keep the lamp in the "bank". ". It will just fall out. As such it is useless. Save yourself the hassle and do not purchase this product. Very disappointed. They were returned thanks to Revain's fantastic return policy.

These work well enough but in the box of 4 I received today two were misassembled in different ways preventing them from turning. I almost sent them back but after examining them I took them apart and reassembled them to match the two that worked properly. I'm happy with all four at the moment but will consider alternatives if I ever decide to buy more in the future.

I wish these aftermarket lights look great when they work. They have a nice warm white color that fades into a usable range and the element is set back enough to keep glare from above to a minimum. BUT, they just don't last long. I have 4 lamps so I ordered 4 first. They worked for a while but after a few years 2 died. I ordered 2 more. After 2 years I had to order 2 more. After 4 years and 8 lamps only 2 work. Not recommended .

This product is ideal for art lighting, as a focused reading lamp etc. It has a nice narrow beam. As an electrical contractor with 40 years of experience, I'm disappointed that major brands don't offer upgraded finishes like these. My only complaint is the Kelvin, (color) of them. They're 2700 Kelvin, but most household LEDs today are 3000K. I wish the company would either make those colors selectable, or at least offer different color options. However, the connections they use involve wires that are inserted into connectors, which are then mated together. This is normal, except that on some of the devices I received the wires weren't pushed in hard enough to "snap in" and could be pulled out easily (that's how I discovered the problem).
