SMALL junction box, terrible installation. DO NOT BUY.

Bad things first: 1) The built-in junction box is SMALL. Could it be 8 cubic inches? Since a normal J-Box is at least 19 cubic inches. With parallel connection (more than 1 light in a row) it is practically impossible to close the junction box. 2) It is not possible to separate the junction box from the luminaire itself, so wiring must be done AFTER the ceiling. on site. Save yourself the frustration and buy another brand that will allow you to detach the light from the junction box so you can…

Hole Saw I've installed HUNDREDS of old style cans and new style LED lights without ZERO spacing cans. This oversize also means you will DAMAGE the blanket if you have to remove it.2. They are hardwired between the LED driver/box j and the lamp itself…

I bought these to replace other Torchstar downlights that weren't bright enough and had an annoying bluish white cast. These lights are amazing. Very easy to install. I combined it with a Lutron dimmer. Don't buy a cheap dimmer or you will have trouble with flickering lights. I did that first. I installed three rows of 3 bulbs each and used 14 gauge wire fed from three separate dimmers so I can turn on the row depending on what I'm doing in the room. The first time it flickered when dimming, so
