Mounting bracket too narrow for my 180 gallon tank. Had to add a mount to be able to use it. Only used on days I'm out of town. It seems to be going well.

I love that you can set a timer, you can't set the amount of feed for the Cock Pellets. Tried the first spin and it filled the tank with pellets, still a TON of pellets the second time around but not as much.

Bought when we went on holiday for a week. My husband, an experienced aquarist, installed it before we left. At least he did his job and kept the fish alive. When we got home the tank was full of mud from eating too much. Not impressed but at least the fish got fed.

This product worked as advertised. It is actually quite simple. You simply manually slide the top cover to where you want it. The thing spins 1-3 times at the right time of day, and food falls out of the hole. What I don't like about it is that you can't control how much food comes out. You'll have to play around with it for a while to find the sweet spot that's right for you.

I bought this feeder because I ended up thinking the buttons were a more practical design. It doesn't fit in my old 55g cymbal, but it can still be used. It's not as reliable as my other brand of feeders. I never know if the food will be released according to the programmed program as it often doesn't work at all. When it spins it only releases food once, not 3 spins like I expected. I would not buy this brand again. Even cheaper ones work better.

This feeder worked well. It was easy to use and easily adjusted the portion size to my needs. Unfortunately, this fell into the water when moving the hood to clean the tank. It was fully submerged for about 10 seconds. Now he's dead. I understand that electronics and water don't mix well, but I believe anything designed for an aquarium should be more waterproof. However, I would buy another one. With no extenuating circumstances, it worked well.

Pros: This feeder has a USB cable to charge the internal battery. I don't have to worry about the battery running out on vacation. I love that there are up to four different feeding times per day, many other feeders only offer 12 hour or 24 hour options. In addition, you can set the exact time up to one minute. It is reliable, I have already bought three of them. Con- It takes a lot of button-pushing to program this, but it's not difficult.
