My preschooler loves it.

A must-have item for your preschooler. Such a great way to learn visually. The magnets stick well and I think you will get about 13 of each colour: red, blue, yellow, orange and green. Dry erase pens could be better. Maybe buy a better brand of magnetic pens.

Exactly as described! at Novelty & Gag Toys

A great addition to our home school. We use these ten magnetic frames/counters right on my kid's desk, but we've tried them on our board too and they're great. The box it comes in is perfect for keeping. After we finish the set of ten frames, we just put everything back in the same box and put it neatly on the shelf.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Smelly, outgassing

This is exactly what I was looking for, except they are totally spoiled with their bad smell which means they give off unhealthy chemicals. Items intended for children should only be made from safe materials that DO NOT emit toxic fumes. I do not recommend this. Buy a brand that you trust and that is not made from materials that are toxic to your children.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Some bugs

Brilliant! It was worth it.

I love them. Multiple colors so you can make two "pieces". Magnetic so counters don't go everywhere. Write space below so you can form sets of numbers. They wash off easily! I wish I had bought them when my child was in kindergarten because we would have needed an extra year. It allows my child to do math and play with number concepts.

Pros
  • Excellent design

Great tool for teaching preschoolers double digit numbers!

Perfect for my grandson's hands on kindergarten experience. He likes to work with sufficiently large magnets. The ability to magnetize several dozen frames together helps understand the concept of twenty, thirty, forty and fifty. He likes to express numbers over ten with colorful magnets. He immediately proudly declared that eighteen is ten plus eight more!

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • Good but not great

I work in Special Education (1st grade) and first saw them when a parent showed them to me via zoom. I was amazed at the level of independence when I asked her student to solve an addition problem using that ten! I bought it immediately and continue to see progress with my student! We usually use cubic links in class (zoom), but I think these ten magnetic frames work wonders for students who are just starting out with math problems! Definitely recommend it.

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Weight
