Bought for a 10lb Miniature Poodle to keep snow from rolling on the coat. Works well. Coat feet are too long/loose but can easily be rolled up to stay in place. Not warm enough to wear alone in very cold weather but thin enough to fit under a winter dog coat. The size is average.

I love the costume! I have a very fluffy Pomeranian and this keeps his coat clean when it's wet and uncomfortable outside. I prefer the thin material because my dog has a double coat so he doesn't need warmth just protection from water and dirt. If you need warmth, buy one of the Helio winter suits, not a raincoat.
