It definitely does the job and I think it has really helped me so far. It doesn't look cheap either. I would recommend this trainer to anyone looking to improve their golf game.

You can customize the type of feedback you're looking for and the amount of feedback you want on the fly without a few leveling bars. He's so versatile. This tool helps me find distance, hip rotation and depth, and wrist joint like no other.

For me the key to all these types of accessories/tracks is that they can be installed quickly and easily. It's the same with this set. Compact enough to take to the shooting range, yet versatile. I have yet to go through them all, but I intend to.

It's really sad that you can spend so much money on a few flimsy bits of plastic, rubber and velcro. It is also intended for beginners who may need to learn the ABCs of the golf swing. There are no corner marks, so you can bend it wrong, underbend, or overbend and rock on the wrong corners. I would pay maybe $20 for the whole set and they could keep the fancy box and the sunglasses as accessories.

I'm left handed and my swing has always been left when I stop rotating and push my arms down. I've tried so many things to stop this. I've been using a ball combo on the back of my left hand trying to keep my hand on it and a front thigh machine kept me free and the results so far have been promising. I need to go ahead and experiment more with an element that works like a coat hanger (sorry I don't remember the name of everything) but is definitely a fan up to this point.

This product offers many ways to repair your swing! I have been buying golf practice equipment for many years and this has to be one of the best if not the best practice equipment. FEEL creating a LAG in my hands now I'm confident swinging my clubs. Went to the range and course on Saturday and hit the bomb with my driver and the greens with my irons.
