The taste is not bad, you can drink it. There was no bad aftertaste. This one hits fairly quickly, but not hard. Fifteen to thirty minutes depending on your tolerance and you will start to feel the focus. Withstands any legitimate workout, be it cardio or strength training. Rated 2 stars only for the scent. We received this product quickly and at a great price compared to most high quality pre workout supplements.
