My 4 star rating is based on the pre-workout benefits. So pre-workout and its benefits, focus and energy are definitely there. The caffeine content is perfect and really helps lift your lazy mood some days. Overall it's amazing. So, now to review the brand as a whole, the taste isn't cruel, it's just plain normal. The taste is close to perfume. This is a problem if you try to swallow this product or even put a spoon in your mouth and drink it with water. That is hard. Everything, smell and taste is an overkill. Put the taste aside though and the pre-workout is very good.
