The little humidifier that couldn't do good

It was working so well until it stopped. 15 minutes after I filled and plugged it in. Soaked in water for 10 minutes. Replenished, repeat. X 3 nights in a row. The carpet is probably getting moldy and my wooden bedside table. TEAR. I really wanted to like it because for 15 minutes it works, it's great! (TWSS) but I had nothing but wrestling and it was time to come back. It doesn't even turn off when in use. to wait for him. power button. You have to unplug it. bless his heart

Slow service on arrival

TotalComfort Warm & Cool Mist UHE-WM70 Ultrasonic Humidifier arrived on 03/01/2020. After setting, the on-off light flashed, went out and the humidifier does not work at all. The instruction manual did not help. Emailed Homedics (cservice@homedics.com) same day 3/1/20 and received confirmation. A week later, on 01/10/20, there is no answer. The best humidifier I've ever had

I bought this humidifier to replace the old one and was very satisfied. It looks very nice and I love the fact that it has two water compartments that can be filled one at a time. I rinse them out with vinegar and water about every second, and there's an antimicrobial aquastick in each compartment. The device is very quiet and keeps our very dry living room at a comfortable 65% humidity. There are various settings for adjusting the humidity, which are easy to adjust. There's a button to turn on

The outlet pipe doesn't point upwards, so everything around it gets very wet!

Very bad. Really shocked that this company did this. The steam nozzle throws the mist forward (instead of up) making everything around it very humid! How very wet! Even on the lowest settings. There's really nothing you can do except put towels underneath, around it... Who needs it in their house? Too bad this is a very large device. I was really excited about the dual tanks... and they did a great job of increasing the humidity in my house, but I just can't have this thing in every room. Cover

Warm is WARM, but keep it up to keep the ground dry.

I almost sent it back because I put it on the floor and the carpet got wet. The air exits at an angle rather than straight up, so a lot fell to the ground before the air sucked it up. But then I tried putting it higher - I put it on a tray - and that didn't happen anymore. But that keeps me from giving 5 stars. Slow leak and water cap broke.

I thought I had found a gem with this machine. I bought it on June 28th and since then it seems to be slowly leaking. Water damage to my furniture, floor and ceiling in the ground floor room is frustrating. Also, both water caps are unreliable and broken, rendering the device unusable.
