I have installed many Toto dishwashers over the past few years. At first I was skeptical about buying this as a replacement because it's all plastic, but this connector was easier to install than the one that came with my original sink. I didn't have to use tape.

, it worked but was almost impossible to find on Amazon. Luckily the plumbing store that was outside gave me the part number. before that i tried everything on amazon to get this unique piece. the bidet seat for which it is intended. Many, many different ways on Amazon to no avail. what the heck is going on with amazon

I rebuilt the toilet with everything but china. When reconnecting I had leaks under the tank resulting in connections on the wall. I bought this as a possible problem. He solved all my problems and connected within minutes. Used 1 teflon sheet for lubrication and sealing. The problematic part was the original plastic/metal 3-port connection. All the plastic eliminated the cross threads and made the connections tight.

I was a bit skeptical at first due to the all plastic construction but was pleasantly surprised. The design is vastly superior to the old one and only shows its benefits when you need to replace the tank valve and remove the old valve. Then you realize that the old style is so badly corroded that you can no longer reuse it 100%. I fiddled with the old one for about 20 minutes and at best was able to adjust it to drip a little (3-7) drops a day. This gave me time to order and ship the new style.
