Our plumbing system contains a lot of iron, so there are rust spots around the waterline in the toilets. They need to be carefully scraped off every few weeks. They do their job and don't scratch the bowl.

We have hard water that leaves bad stains in the toilet. Any pumice stone will work with the spruce cleaning, but the handle on the model is a nice addition. The handle protects hands from messy work.

THIS CLEANS THE TOILET BUT IT IS NOT EASY FOR ME TO GET TO THE TOILET AND CLEAN IT. RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE THE PROBLEM LIKE ME.

When I finally got to the packaging of this product, I was unwrapping a rock and it broke and fell across my floor and countertop. It broke where the handle attaches to the stone. I put it in the toilet to wet it, tried to use it, and large pieces of pumice fell into the toilet. This is not a good product.

This is the best product I have found for removing scale from the toilet. I lived in a country home with very hard water and was afraid to clean the bowl as it took days to clean with liquid methods, let it sit, clean and repeat multiple times. I stumbled across this and tried it, it removed all hard water stains and thick deposits in one short use. I was surprised!
