Better quality than I expected from the reviews. Better than the horribly thin ones that are useless anywhere. In fact, I ordered a second pack! Very cute and bright colors and patterns. Nice and fat.

If you could just get rid of the stickiness on the packaging this would be a great baby washcloth at a reasonable price. I ended up ripping out a lot of threads trying to get them out of the box. For some reason the "blue" color scheme was the only one with them as the "neutral" versions had something covering the sticky coating and so didn't suffer the same fate. I am happy with these washcloths but I have to admit the packaging is stupid. The best way I've found to remove them from the tape is, rather than ripping the fabric from the packaging, run your finger between the fabric and the tape and you should end up with fewer threads. Generally soft, larger than most baby washcloths and also thicker (but not very thick. It's just that most baby washcloths I've seen are very thin). Not particularly soft. Maybe the pile is a little smaller than a regular adult washcloth, but I have regular, softer ones. Strange smell. All new fabrics and garments are "glued" to keep their shape and not make them as soft as they really are; Since these were so cheap I decided to just wash them - the smell came out but not softened enough for a baby washcloth. UPDATE 2/28/2011: Well we've been using these wipes for a while now and I have to admit I really like them. Although I still think the packaging is TERRIBLE, the wipes are holding up well. Upgrading my rating from 2 to 4 stars. If it wasn't for the crappy packaging I would give it 5 stars. There is some type of glue that attaches these fabrics to the box and if you try to separate them the glue is so strong that it rips the seams. What is this glue about? There's already a bunch of those…
