I am very disappointed! I have 2 of these that I have to return because they were undone before even being used! Not good at all!

I love these refills. Very soft and won't slip out of your hand like nylon ropes. I haven't used it yet, but everything works as it should and has no defects

I don't like the way the rope attaches to the clasp. You need to change this if you want to sell this product to people who want to use it on a horse or cow. Can it be used on a small animal?

The lead rope in the picture is fairly normal cotton. What I received was a single cotton thread twisted on itself. It is much lighter than the lead rope pictured and very soft. It doesn't look like a normal lead rope and while my courteous mare will probably hold it, I wouldn't trust her to hold a young or excited horse. I don't know if this is fake or some super cheap rope that Tough-1 started making. In any case, it is unusable and does not correspond to the item shown in the photo.
