Although it's not a real RAM mount, it's a worthy fake.

This is fake RAM. I wasn't aware of this when ordering. There is a slight difference in build quality and the RAM plastic seems more durable than this one. I would compare this to a copy of a RAM product. The clamp hole is slightly smaller than the original RAM version.

Attaches securely to my eBike handlebar

Fits my black GoPro Hero 8 camera with RAM ball mounting system directly on the handlebar. Easy on/off. The view is a little seasick, but get it as close to the center of the steering wheel as possible and use image stabilization and it's a pretty good video without much editing effort.
