I bought these for my wife's new Tesla Model S. They fit well. They are really heavy and I expect them to protect the carpet well. They seem ideal for a vehicle used to transport people walking through mud, slush or snow. They are made of rubber with a deep circular "tread" pattern. Bought these for my 2016.5 Tesla Model S. Spikes on their backs keep them in place and they don't move. The hexagonal pattern looks good - adds a high-tech touch to a high-tech car. I live in Seattle and they are great at catching water and dirt in the winter. My only complaint is that the top of the passenger side front mat sometimes falls off. I had to reset it multiple times. I can look for velcro to match the patches on the car carpet. It doesn't take much to keep it in place.

Tesla Model S ToughPRO trunk mat has been slightly enlarged for our 2017 Model S 100D but I'm happy with the size as the edges are raised slightly to avoid spills do not prevent running down the edges of the mat. Pros: Fits very well and is more flexible than some of the stiffer plastic rear luggage mats, still allowing access to the subwoofer trunk is . Good value for money. Durable product / thick rubber. As others have noted these mats fit very well and are functional with the right expectations. That said, the purpose of their design is to have an all-weather mat that can trap SOME liquid and also flush. This is not a closed tray with high lip/walls like a well known brand.
