Fits OEM replacement PCV Valves and Breathers

This is a Toyota branded OEM PCV valve for a 2008 Toyota Prius (and possibly others). Exactly the same as the original that came on the car from the factory. No installation problems or differences. The price is fair, Revain is super comfortable.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • I'm nervous

Genuine Toyota Prius PCV Valve

Genuine Toyota part. Bought for a 2008 Prius. Original has 176k and still works perfectly. Prius engines have trouble burning oil at higher mileage. Be sure to use an oil like synthetic Redline if that PCV doesn't slow oil consumption. It works out!

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Vanish

Easy installation. in PCV Valves & Breathers

It was the right part. Installing the valve wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. After the replacement, the car ran great. PCV changed at 144,000 km. Highly recommended. It took longer to get the part and only a few minutes to swap out the real part and add some EP grease.

Pros
  • Feels Good
Cons
  • Quick Instructions

Proper stock brand Prius Arram works well!

Faster delivery than my order. Improved my MPG as my old 2008 Prius 233k wasn't doing well. Make sure to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and then turn it on again, idle, drive at low speed, and then take it to the highway after installation, so it won't sit idle for a long time. The seal on it reads: Arram, that was for the best. OEM part. I deleted the old original and you can barely tell it said "Arram" there too.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Makes me angry

Get Toyota OEM parts like this

This PCV valve is the hardest I have ever changed. I've had mechanics tell me it never needed to be replaced. Well, it might last longer than the plastic on an old Chrysler 318, though. You really need to take some time to get hold of a short wrench and move a few parts aside. Also, find out how to unscrew the old one with a small wrench. I could rotate several degrees at once. Turn the key and repeat the process. My engine stumbled on the 2K part throttle, I think the old valve was stuck open.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Long wait
