Good for breaking up hard soil

I have used this with a powerful 2200w XtremepowerUS electric jackhammer, concrete breaker with case and gloves to break up hard earth under and around stumps when digging. This is a good help and makes it easier to remove loose hard red mud in the southwestern desert. --- Update after a few years --- Are you preparing holes to plant trees or pour stakes under the patio? This is how hard, dry dirt can be loosened! (Okay, watering the area a day or two beforehand is even better, so just a shovel

The shaft is different than the shaft that came with the TR89105

When it works it works great and it's my favorite bit but the shape of the shaft is slightly different than those that came with my TR Industrial TR89105 jackhammer and will not activate the jackhammer unless I bang the hammer + bat into the ground with full force. more tiring and requires more effort than using a smaller chisel. It worked so badly my boss thought I screwed it up and bought us a different brand of bit as that bit would barely activate the jackhammer function and the shafts were
