Tracers helped us keep tracking and improve efficiency

I highly recommend this software for an organization that requires all team members to be able track their actions from point A -->B-->C in order create/change policies or training material quickly without being overwhelmed by documents & emails! This will help save you time when your teams can work effectively together more efficiently than before because it centralizes documentation as one place so multiple departments are not constantly going back-and forth between different platforms trying

Pros
  • Everything pretty much works out fine most times especially since other applications within my agency tend having major technical difficulties too often..it's nice once these new updates come along just makes everything run smoothly again :)

  • Almost everything is ok
