Great customer service, great technology and very responsive

The ability to track shipments through all stages of their lifecycle from shipment creation until delivery completion (or any other milestone defined by our customers). This also includes having access to detailed information such as status updates/comments posted during transit using WhatsApp or SMS messaging capabilities in real-time via Trackrist mobile app which allows us keep everyone updated at once - not just with current tracking info but we can share photos too!
