Transfer ribbon is difficult. It should be sticky enough to lift the vinyl and not sticky enough to stick to your project and peel the vinyl off easily. It's quite a delicate balance, but this tape is just amazing! And I love grids. This not only makes it easier to measure, but also to align in my projects. I have tried several brands and types and this is definitely my choice.

Doubtful due to some bad reviews. Also, my roll had a paper back, I saw someone say their roll didn't have that. I gave 4 stars because the extra feet were confusing and you only get 25 feet and not 25+6 the way I see it. We made a large window out of it and loved how thick and stiff it felt, very similar to contact paper but held up better than that. He held the vinyl just enough to carry it. I was very excited when I received this transfer ribbon. It was a good deal, clear (which is what I was looking for), thick tape and lots of transfer tape for the price. I read all the reviews and thought I had a really great product. Unfortunately this was not the case. I could not use the transfer belt effectively. I wasn't able to put the tape on the vinyl decals. This transfer belt is awesome! We have a vinyl decal shop on Etsy and were having trouble with transfer tape and wanted to try something new. We ordered 5 different ones and this definitely caught our eye! We have already ordered 3 more rolls after the first try. It is applied smoothly and once applied is clear except for the mesh. The first roll I bought was great. It easily removed the vinyl from the backing and transferred to the media easily and I was able to use the same piece multiple times. Something had to change; The last roll I bought was too sticky. It sticks too well to everything I bring and also sticks to itself. It was almost impossible to get the vinyl off the transfer cassette. When I finally peel it off, the transfer tape is so crumpled that I can't reuse it. I am not sure if I will buy again. I'm afraid

This carbon paper is one of the best and easiest I have ever used. For one project I had a very complex drawing that didn't come off the backing and carbon paper until I used this stamp. In an emergency I ordered this and prayed it would work as I was pressed for time. It was perfect. Others were too tasteless, others too clumsy, and this was spot on (reminds you of Goldilocks?! lol!). I have since bought more from this company.
