Fade after 3 washes and folds

The packaging says sublimation ink can be used. YOU CAN NOT! I was contacted by a customer about how faded the image was after 1 wash. I had to make a new one for free to replace it. DO NOT BUY EVEN IF YOU USE JET. I decided to try this with my inkjet printer and the image faded as advertised after washing. I'm not talking about a slight fading, it was more of a color fading/bleeding. The vinyl is also wrinkled and I'm sure it will tear after a few washes.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Very expensive

Not ideal for letters

It was very easy to use and great to iron. After washing it started peeling in the corners but I ironed the peeling areas with an iron and they re-tacked. My only issue was that this didn't work well in Cricut Maker for letters or images with no shape (like text in a box or a square image). Vinyl paper is too soft for lettering, but if your t-shirt designs are primarily square or other shapes, then you're good to go. I have an HP Envy 7800 Series and the picture quality is great, just make sure

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Something different

Replaced Avery paper, Very Good

I always make custom t-shirts for my child for school. He likes things that are not easy to find in the store (garbage truck, Oscar the Grumpy, trash can, etc.). For the last 2 years I have used dark Avery T-Shirt transfer paper and it has been great. I make 5 shirts, wear them every week, wash and dry them every week. After a year they looked worn but ok (he still wears them) then Avery's price got too high and I was apprehensive about buying the brand. BUT, so far so good. Made 6 shirts. I…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires outlet
