I like that we are able to see our daily shipping metrics and how our goals are progressing. I wish the reporting was more visual and easier to read. I've used them for several years now because they have excellent customer service! The reps are professional but not too formal which makes you feel like it's just another day working there instead if some sortof big deal every time we interact together (which happens all to often).
