Transportation Impact - Great Place with Amazing Employees

I have been working for transportation impact since 2011 as both warehouse manager and then operations supervisor, so it's safe to say that they are great people who care about their employees! In my years there we've seen many changes but one thing has remained constant - TIPs do what needs doing when needed. They treat you like family because everyone knows how much each other means to them; this extends from drivers all the way up through management levels. The only time we didn't go above…

Great tool, definitely helped solve an internal problem!

I like that we are able to see our daily shipping metrics and how our goals are progressing. I wish the reporting was more visual and easier to read. The reporting is very detailed but not very user-friendly. It's not easy to quickly sift through the data. I highly recommend this product for transportation companies that need to see their daily shipping metrics. Professionalism at Its finest with great assistance

I've used them for several years now because they have excellent customer service! The reps are professional but not too formal which makes you feel like it's just another day working there instead if some sortof big deal every time we interact together (which happens all to often). They also keep track everything very well so that when something goes wrong during transit; its usually due lack of paperwork from my side rather than their end - thus solving problems much faster without me having…
