The cat hole is small compared to the whole box. While this prevents the cat from sleeping in the box (a good thing), I think the cat would be doing its thing on the side. Nothing for my big kittens.

Absolutely great for any type of trip. My cats are adventurous and usually use the great outdoors as their personal litter box, but we have a portable litter box in the car. It is very convenient and easy to clean and use!

This travel tray came in very handy when we took several long holiday trips last year. We usually use our regular litter box when we go for day hikes or walks with cats. But we certainly don't have enough space when we have several bags, gifts and cats in the car! This tray fits on the floor of the back seat, just what we needed. We used a puppy mat as a base, which makes cleaning easier.

I sometimes bring my cat over to a friend's house for the weekend and this tray is perfect. I put the stuffing in and seal it and then pick it up when we leave, seal it and put it away until next time. I have one of the litter boxes that grips dog poop bags and I put it in a ziplock bag. My friend liked this idea so much that she bought one too. It can be a little heavy/uncomfortable to carry when filled with dirt, but it has handles on either side that help.
