I like that it is easy to use, has lots of features for tracking inventory/customers etc., customer service support is great! The software can be difficult at times if you are not familiar with its functions or how things work - so make sure your account rep knows what they're doing before signing up (and have them walk through everything!).
We've been able fix issues within minutes by contacting our Account Rep instead of waiting hours in tech chat trying to figure out why something isn'tβ¦
