The suspension strap was pulled out of the top of the bag, after about 20 uses it does not overload at all. Generally poorly connected. I need my cosmetic bag to hang in hotels, this will not exist anymore, so it is useless now. I am extremely disappointed.

This is the second Travelon flat-out toilet set I have owned. I bought my first one almost 10 years ago. After extensive use and stuffed to the brim for years, some of the stitching on the plastic and fabric zippers finally came undone so I bought a new one. The new model is slightly different from the original - the side pockets with flaps are open, and not with zippers like the old one. But I like the new. It has everything you could wish for and more. As a frequent traveler, I need to pack differently depending on the purpose of my trip (business, leisure, hot weather, cold weather, etc.). One size does not fit all and allows me to pack my personal items flat or zip depending on other items I carry in my suitcase. An ingenious design for those who pack a lot and need flexibility.

I've bought many toiletry bags and none of them suit my needs. They were either too small or too big and bulky and also took up too much luggage space. This one fits perfectly in an 18" suitcase, except the wheels are either flat or folded. I packed all my travel gear inside including my Clarasonic Mia, cosmetics and a round travel mirror in an outside pocket with room for a spare. I keep it packed, organized and ready to go.
