Bought for scoops of ice cream but love big squares. Squares are easy to make and easy to obtain. The shape of the balls is too thin and water got everywhere. Also, size matters. These balls are too small; Giant single sphere shapes are preferred. The scoops are small enough to fit in my water bottle but don't seem to provide better cooling compared to ice from my fridge's ice maker. If I were to buy again I would only buy squares.

Square cubes - great great love them! Easy to fill, easy to remove - the best! Balloon shape... not so good. It's hard to tell when it's full until the water overflows, and not only does it overflow, the two shapes eventually separate and the water fills the middle, making the shape less full. I literally used two wire clamps to try to keep the two pieces from separating lol but if you manage to keep them from separating AND completely fill the sphere you will have some pretty cool sphere cubes

I love this silicone ice cube tray! Using one large ice cube is MUCH BETTER than using several small cubes. It has a lower surface area and melts much more slowly, meaning drinks are chilled but less diluted with water. These molds are easy to fill, even the spherical ice cream mold because there is a small funnel. Since the molds are made of flexible silicone, the ice is very easy to remove! Worst of all, they leave an odd white coating on your drink. The balls don't seem to stick together so I used square ones to make the top of the balls heavier. However, they make really good dice/balls, the perfect size for my glasses. I hope the foil comes off but it's been 3 washes in the dishwasher so I doubt it. They're not very thick, so I could see someone jabbing their finger at the bottom when trying to push the cube out. In the end they work for the price but there are probably better…

I like the size and shape BUT. I made a tray out of large cubes and when I gently pressed the bottom of the cube to slide it out of the tray my finger went right through the bottom. I can still use the other 5 sections. I have no nails and have never used anything sharp. So I wouldn't buy it again, although I'll probably get another set of dice.
