I love this silicone ice cube tray! Using one large ice cube is MUCH BETTER than using several small cubes. It has a lower surface area and melts much more slowly, meaning drinks are chilled but less diluted with water. These molds are easy to fill, even the spherical ice cream mold because there is a small funnel. Since the molds are made of flexible silicone, the ice is very easy to remove! It's even easier if I take the mold out of the freezer a minute beforehand. I would like to work on my technique for making perfectly clean ice. These shapes feel durable and should get plenty of use!
