I charged it as soon as I received it and after a full charge it would not turn on. I'm angry that I'm stuck with a $310 product that was defective when I received it. I will NEVER buy Tria again.

This product just doesn't work. Used once a week for 6 weeks and never had hair loss or reduction. I thought this laser would be better than IPL but it's not as good as the cheapest IPL laser I've bought.

This thing is a pain to use. Half the time I press it, nothing happens and I have to grab it and press it again, so even small areas take forever. It is said that the time between discharges increases as one progresses, but this is different; it just doesn't shoot at all. I've been using this for about 6 weeks now and half of my chin/lip hair is gone! I have PCOS so this remedy works wonders! I have used other IPL methods in the past but nothing compares to this one. As long as you shave before launching the product, it doesn't hurt that much. It feels like someone snaps a rubber band against your skin. However, I would take this any day of the week rather than the hair itself.
