Good product for interior

Bought 4 of these last year, all used. I can change them in 20 minutes. We have a 2013 Fleetwood Discovery 40x. Breaking the old ones with the black bolt, so far good luck with the white bolts. You'll need a drill to remove old rivets, a rivet gun, and a screwdriver to access the unlocking mechanism.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Ok

Will not fit Fleetwood as advertised

I bought two sets for my 2005 Fleetwood binder. I opened the first package and to use them I had to use a dremel to alter the hole because they didn't fit. Maybe they are suitable for a newer jumper. I returned the second package unopened. I was planning on keeping them as spares but they work to fit.

Fits perfectly on the latch of my 2003 Fleetwood.

Perfect for the tailgate latch on my 2003 Fleetwood Discovery. The door cutouts can fit just fine for both removal and installation, but I found that with a piece of soft wood (just a small piece of 2x4 pine) and a hammer, I could hammer the new ones into the tricky slots. without damage to bolt or door

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

Get your Dremel

All dimensions are the same as the E525 EXCEPT the plates held together with four rivets are too thick to fit the slot. I would have to file or sand down the little tabs that hold the latch firmly in place so it doesn't move when pressed. Not the best long life idea so I'll buy more expensive E525 fasteners that will fit. They are sold by Revain (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009HQ7FX8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and fit perfectly. I've bought one before, as have…

National Surfside offers the best furniture parts and hardware

I bought these because they looked exactly like the ones on my National Surfside. However when I went to replace them there was a slight difference in size and I would have to file the hole in order for them to fit. Considering my options are "zero" I think this is a small price to pay as I couldn't find anything close to it. There are others but at a much higher price and presumably for the same campers so I guess it wouldn't matter. What I really wanted to find was a better locking system to…

  • Well built

  • I vaguely remember

Easy installation, works well.

I had to replace one of the latches on our 2007 Fleetwood Terra LX. They arrived quickly and in good/new condition. It took about 2 minutes to get the broken latch out, 5 minutes to file the door frame a bit, and another 2 minutes to put the new latch in and clean it up. 1. Simply open the tailgate, remove the silver access panel on the back of the door and remove the aluminum bar that runs between the handle and the latch.2. Pull the latch out of the door, you may need to move it a little.3…
