Disappointing Product with Connectivity Issues

After trying this electronics, I was not impressed. The signal extender had trouble staying connected and experienced frequent drops. While the design was sleek and easy to install, the unreliable connectivity rendered it useless. The one pro was the easy installation process, but unfortunately, that was overshadowed by the numerous connectivity issues. Overall, not worth the investment for those looking for a reliable surveillance video equipment.

Pros
  • Easy to install and use, compatible with both IP and analog cameras
Cons
  • Requires an additional power source if PoE is not available

Misleading name POE

With a 3ft RG59 I could not get the IP camera to work. Although it had data activity, it had no POE activity. The name POE 1TR sounds like it also sends power to the POE.

Pros
  • video transmission systems
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Simple but ingenious

Wow what a wonderful invention. All that old BNC camera work isn't a great easy retrofit setup, no new cables to run, just buy these and short Cat5e patch cords and now my old cameras can be replaced with quality IP cameras. Excellent purchase

Pros
  • Surveillance Video Equipment
Cons
  • Updates Available
