Excellent durable cable

My current cable has been swapped between new and upgraded PCs for about 15 years and recently started sparking at the power connector due to it being so worn and weakened. Since I recently upgraded the PSU to 850W, I figured I should also upgrade the cable gauge, which is great. Unfortunately, there wasn't an option for a low-profile plug (which plugs into the wall and exits out the side of the plug), but I'm much more confident that I have the right power cord that I might need, even if I am…

Amperage, durability and length are all important, so do your research! Highly recommended.

Not all cables are created equal and that definitely applies to power cords. that you don't just buy the cheapest cable you can find and assume they're all the same quality and offer the same features, if I may call it that. get this power. There are three general wire gauges (thickness): 14 ga wire that supports up to 15 amps, 16 ga wire that supports up to 10 amps, 18 ga wire that supports up to 5 amps. Loose socket - appears longer than usual

Used to replace the standard POS power cable on my water still. Powered on, but the burner did not turn on. The connection seems sloppy, also the socket seems to be longer. Not a distiller because I just replaced the C14 plug and have an old printer power cord that I used temporarily, it and the old power cord match perfectly. I think I might bother going back, but I don't want to worry. Pretty disappointed, I mean we're talking about a power cord and not an electron microscope.

Polluted AC power can cause many problems and even be dangerous for your home.

I currently live in an old house that has had part of the electrical system upgraded and part not. If you have a small home music studio, your gear will definitely let you know when something goes wrong. From 60 noise cycles to ground loops, overcurrent or undervoltage. All bad news. It might not solve all your problems, but having quality cables will surely help.
