I read a lot of reviews I thought they should be rudely put to the point. No, I was very careful plugging and unplugging. I will contact the seller for a solution. Update: Customer service issued a full refund within hours of being contacted. At least the customer service is great.

I received these within a day or two. I would give 5 stars if it came with a clear screen protector. This is a great case. I like that it can be attached to a strap or in my case a chain because it prevents me from putting it somewhere and forgetting it. I connect one end of the chain to my phone and the other end to either a belt loop or purse. Good product.

I had several Tri Shield cases for my old phone and was happy to find one for my new Samsung. The packaging material offers good protection and is easy to put on the phone. I love the non-slip grip and durable construction, and I love having multiple designs to choose from. The only downside is that it gets in the way of my curved screen protector a bit, causing it to lift up at the edge in a few places.

Very durable and protects my phone well. The corners of the case are reinforced with hard rubber tabs, so if you drop it and land at an angle, which happens 99% of the time, it absorbs the impact and doesn't damage your phone or screen. However, the corners also make it very uncomfortable to hold because the hard corners press against my palm, making my hand very sore.
