Triumph Review

I like that it's easy to use with no steep learning curve or difficult configuration process. It does what we need without getting in our way when managing projects. We've been able to automate many manual processes which has made life easier at times but also led to more mistakes! The reporting part could be improved - some data was not available until 2 weeks after an event happened so there were lots of questions about why things had gone wrong (or right).
