Review on Triumph by Justin Peck

I like that it's easy to use with no steep learning curve or difficult configuration process. It does what we need without getting in our way when managing projects. We've been able to automate many manual processes which has made life easier at times but also led to more mistakes! The reporting part could be improved - some data was not available until 2 weeks after an event happened so there were lots of questions about why things had gone wrong (or right). Also sometimes you'd have reports from different people who used slightly different information and this would cause confusion if they didn't match up exactly. So much better than Excel spreadsheets!!
