After much thought and reading reviews, I decided to buy this cat tower. I figured if my cats were too big for the tower, at least I'd have a giant scratching post. I'm very glad I took that risk. Cats chew on sticking threads, so I leave them against the wall so they don't get to the straw that has come loose from the bottom of the cylinder. They don't like that very much.
