I should have read the reviews. Many said they didn't have screws to attach the floor, which happened. I had to search to collect. wasn't happy What is the use that there is no way to collect it? Otherwise it seems to be quite durable. IF I HAD SCREWS.

Item arrived in new condition, box damaged, no screws. Who would have thought that finding the right screw size is so difficult! But without even acting like a scratching post, my cat loves to punch through the center hole where the toy squeaks like a mouse (the only reason I've decided not to return it...yet.. . still hoping to find the right screws !)

Very disappointed with the quality of the scratching post. We've had this since November 13, 2019 and already the non-sisal material is stretched, torn and the staples holding it exposed and unsafe. Cats use it, but the durability is not up to standard. I will just keep the product because I already threw away the box, but I regret the purchase. Not worth the money paid. regret. Don't waste money.

I've looked everywhere for a high scratching post that won't tip over when my big ones scratch it from above. That fits the bill! I am very happy with this purchase. I bought the tallest. Very easy to assemble with only two large screws. The base is big enough that the post won't fall off if scratched from above. One of my cats is very long and heavy.
