My cat loves it. She is about 7 years old and weighs 8 kg. I keep it on the bottom shelf of my kitchen island because she loves to sit on it and scratch it and play with balls (until they come loose she still loves to walk on it and play and scratch. Mine other cat ignores this) . .you know what cats are but I have a third one now because Jenny carries her, scratches and plays all the time, and she never scratches the furniture😊

Okay, it's good for small cats and kittens. I was having a bad moment. One of my kittens was hit by a ball, the ropes wrapped badly around his paw and got stuck. Luckily, I sat next to her and was able to get it off her ankle in no time. I always make sure I'm in the room when they're in it. They love it! Love hiding under the scratching post and hitting balls. They also climb the post section and sit at the top. I have 2 month old kittens who love exploring and playing with it.

Not safe for kittens. I've had foster kittens get stuck and get stuck between an archway and a post. Several other adoptive parents also had kittens that were stranded and likely injured, or worse. I've also heard from a couple that the kitten hit the ball and wrapped around their necks like a bolo. This item was initially amazing. The stray cat turned out to be pregnant, so we took her to the vet, but the microchip was not found. Our cats were crazy about this thing. Not so much the tower attached to it, but the arch is absolutely wonderful. The base of the arch under the material is so strong that when our cats ripped the sisal mat to pieces I just took the sisal rope and hot glued it and wrapped it to fix it.
