The product is well made and quite well designed. Note that there are a lot of screws to deal with - the manufacturer could reconsider and simplify the assembly. Also, the cat started using it as soon as we put some dirty sand in the tray below, and the dog can't get to the tray, so he doesn't need any more "treats"!

I had to put a tray in my laundry room, I also had to keep my little dogs away from it. It was perfect for washing and I was able to keep cat food and litter box within reach of my dogs. The instructions were a bit tricky and the "wood" is really cheap but looks great and will do the job.

This product was easy to put together - I wouldn't say it was easy but fine if you have 2 people. My complaint is that the back panel gets soaked in cat pee almost immediately and then falls apart and stinks. I've even put a very tall box and maybe a rug against the back wall, but the damage is done - the smell of urine overpowers everything. House point (to hide the cat box). big crap

It does what I need and it's great, but it's pretty shaky. I assembled a lot of furniture and it was pretty easy. Very disappointed that it shakes when touched or moved. Despite how heavy it is and how much it costs, it should be stronger. It's great for cats though. My dogs are like medium sized, skinny dogs (mestizos) so they can get into most litter box situations. This fixes it. I could see a small dog jumping at the same time.
