Firstly, if you still use sealed headlights, blow them out. Much brighter than even silver stars but they are expensive and I'm not impressed with the pattern/cut for the money. I love these headlights! Expensive yes, but the difference between the drain is serious, like day and night. Installed in minutes and works great. Also well packaged. The only problem I have with them is snow. If you live in a snowy environment, they may not be the best lighting solution. They gather snow in a way I've never seen before, like they're attracting it. I have to stop and come out and dry them about every 3 minutes. I've put in over 4000 hours on these and they work great. I have these in my jeep which is notorious for melting the headlight switch if you drive constantly at night. This is ensured by the low power consumption of these headlights! No more melted switches and very nice bright backlight. They may seem expensive at first, but if you haven't changed lightbulbs and switches for a couple of years, you'll appreciate it.
