🚦 Truck-Lite (60283R): Stop/Turn/Tail Lamp - Enhanced Road Safety Review

My analysis of this product showed that it is a complete waste of money. The lights stopped working after only a few weeks and required excessive maintenance. The only redeeming quality was the high level of brightness. However, this did not outweigh the frustration caused by the constant need for repairs. I do not recommend this product to anyone in the heavy duty or commercial vehicle industry.

My first boat trailer tail light has lasted over 12 years and I can see why. These lights are in fact fully sealed so there is no chance of a hot bulb shattering when submerged in water. Very well made and easy to replace. Slightly more expensive than a light bulb but when they last 12+ years what a difference.

Arrived on time, cables already lubricated and ready to be swapped out in your truck. I had to have mine replaced at a junkyard with a 2010 Chevy 3500 HD Silverado. It is not easy to track it down locally. Apparently the part numbers change regularly. But if you google your numbers like I did, I was able to follow the comments to find out what they were changed to in the product descriptions. Be careful when removing the bushing holding the old one, otherwise it will not be completely replaced.
