The dashboard is very intuitive, easy-to-understand for nontechnical users like myself. I love that it is an extension for my Google Analytics account, so when you have been using analytics already for quite some time this tool becomes very intuitive. It also has great integrations with Salesforce (which i use daily) as well as Hubspot which are both our marketing tools in-house at work!
