Truss Break Screw Thread 20 Pack Review

After much frustration and numerous visits to the hardware store, this screw proved to be the solution for attaching drawers to cabinets around the house with cabinet doors and drawer fronts of different thicknesses.

Absolutely useless! If I could give it stars I would. It's impossible to break away from them, believe me I've tried everything! Don't waste your money, just buy the right size. If you want to use them on old style drawers or handles or have narrow drawers or cabinets; Order 3/4" screws and save yourself a headache and money! Great idea, but it doesn't work!

Great idea, bad execution? Or maybe I just don't understand how to break them without bending them. I had to get a rotary tool to cut the lengths and grind the drill bits to cut the threads. It seemed to hurt. Anyway, I finally got a screw that fits the width of my cabinets and drawer fronts as well as the drawer drawer. Being customizable is super cool.
