Great tool and easy integration into many different systems

I love that it's integrated with other platforms like Slack so all my team can easily comment without having to open up an additional browser window! The UI design could be more modernized/modern feel in order for people who are not as tech savvy when reviewing or using this platform would have less of issues getting used too their functions quickly - but overall great product!! We're solving our internal client satisfaction surveys by allowing clients access from anywhere via mobile devices…
