With all the hype I've read about Versa Fine Clair, I expected the ink to be better than Versa Fine. I was a little disappointed. These are normal inks, but they cannot be compared with the beautiful ones in reverse.

This is the best ink for tone printing. I've been doing stamping/mixed media for a long time. I finally found a mascara that is clear and transparent. Revain is the ONLY website to have both Ink and Re-Ink. I'm so happy. Doesn't work well with Copic markers but ok with Zig Real Brush markers on watercolor paper.

I use it to stamp clear stamps and 3D folders and then transfer them to card stock. I've found that other cheaper ink stamps have more pad holes resulting in poorer stamp coverage, even after multiple stamps. Unlike VersaFine, the texture results in superior coverage where only one layer of printing completely covers the plate Stamped image without re-stamping. Best ink coverage for my purposes.

I have very high expectations for this pigment ink stamp for my project. First of all it's one of the smallest inks I've seen and for the price I don't think you'll get many stamps with it. Second, I don't know what I did wrong, but as you can see in my photo, the ink didn't print all the way through my scrapbook paper. In general I am very sad. Will have to return it and try another brand :(

I use this ink for stamping cards. It's so easy to work with him. This quick-drying ink is great for fine, detailed stamps. The ink pad has just the right amount of juiciness. I bought black and the monarch is a deep royal purple. The black is nice and deep. I did the embossing and left it as is - both look good. I prefer this ink pad to the original Versafine ink pad. I would like to add a few more colors to my collection. This is a good hybrid ink.
