Enhance Stability with Tuff Country 30927 Adjustable Sway Bar Review

Maybe I expected too much but these only lasted a year and a half before wearing out. The joints now have enough play to make noise with every little hit. Back to the OEM, they lasted over ten years before I had to replace them.

Installation was pretty easy. Now my stabilizer bar sits where it should with my 3" Synergic springs. No more fasteners is a plus. On the 2008 model I didn't have to drill the bottom screw hole as the instructions said it might be needed.

Update! Don't buy this junk, the conical mounting bolt ruptured within months and I'm my truck's baby so they can't be used off-road! Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to buy Dodgeoffroad or Polyperformance links.

I had to go online to look for instructions, it didn't seem difficult, just wanted to make sure. The product was missing an extra set of washers for the top bolt that connects to the stabilizer bar itself. Luckily I had the right washers. The top bolt has a tapered spacer that fits into a tapered hole in the stabilizer bar. The problem is that both sides of the stabilizer bar (top and bottom) are tapered. would work better if they sent 2 cone shaped spacers to provide more stability. The…
