Warranty not met

My pup chewed them through. Owned less than a month and they are torn and chewed. The company will not honor its "lifetime guarantee". It has a bunch of undeclared exceptions.

Stylish and comfortable!

(Modeled after a small dog because ours is too fluffy) We love the collar! Although our dog doesn't really like to chew, the quality feels and looks very sturdy. It fits comfortably and is easily adjustable if needed! Water resistance is also a big plus. In general, I highly recommend it!

Excellent product, unsatisfied with the customer service

These are quality collars. We bought 3 but unfortunately one has a strap where you attach the extra end which is too loose. The end slips out when my dog shakes his head. Tried to contact the company but still hasn't contacted me. When this situation is satisfactorily resolved I will change this to 5 stars.

Not For Life: Dogs

I was very pleased with the durability of this collar but it didn't last long. My son's dog plays with my dog and ended up chewing through this collar. Worst of all I can't find anything showing how to get a replacement from the company. It's supposed to be for life, but it's not. It's tougher than other collars, but this one wasn't even last year.

Ideal for actively chewing puppies.

My growing puppies are constantly chewing on each other's collars. As they grew out of their collars I bought a size larger. Once they reached their full size (which I hope) I bought these collars for their durability. They get very dirty (puppies play outside all the time!) but wipe down easily with a damp cloth. I wish they had snap closures compared to a regular belt buckle but that's a minor issue for me. I'm glad I bought them. I think they will last a very, very long time if they don't…

My cool pup may have met his buddy!

I have bought this collar before and am looking forward to my other dog getting his own. I have two Decker (B)Rat Terrors and a destructive little brute who recently chewed on his brother's leather collar. He destroyed his previous collar but left it alone this time. They play roughly with each other, but his collar looks just as good as the day I ventured into the Tuff Papper collar. I once laughed at the lifetime warranty because that brat chews "indestructible" toys and balls. Let's see if…

I bought the Tuff Pupper Classic 'Lifetime' Heavy Duty Dog Collar a few months ago and would like to share my experience with this item. Every statement you make about this collar is true.
