These breeches are so small that it is difficult to find the right size. My daughter is 8 so we ordered a size 10. She can even put her foot through the leg opening to try them on. Waist 18". And they don't stretch because of the thick cotton. I don't see how they can sell them if they are that size.

Wear-resistant for breeches

Huge disappointment. We had different Tuffrider breeches. They are generally inexpensive for my growing kids. I ordered them for the warm season. However after 2 rides/washes the fabric started to stretch and unravel at the seam on the back seat. It's like the fabric couldn't withstand the waves because the material wasn't strong enough/heavy enough. I've never had this problem with thick pants.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Quality

Not much larger than regular cotton leggings

They certainly look like jodhpurs, but they lack comfort and functionality. These are more like thick leggings with internal padding at the knees. The elastic band wasn't comfortable (it looks like the band on men's underwear) and there was no rubber trim to keep the ankles from riding up. If you want to look like a rider, this will work. For functionality I would recommend spending a little more and getting Kerrit's children's breeches.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Attention buyers, the size is too big

Very small. I ordered two sizes up and still very small so can wear them for a month or two before they start to get tight. I tried to exchange a larger size but got no response from the seller. Not to mention they are too long as length is true to size but my skinny 6 year old who normally wears a size 6 barely squeezed into a size 10 and they were ridiculously long. I wish they would have offered me an exchange and free return shipping. I checked the size chart but it's still too small.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different

It is defective

I ordered these for my daughter. She wore them to riding lessons and never got to the shoes when she noticed that the inseam was already tearing and punctured. I requested a refund pending refund (as Revain always does) and ordered a replacement pair hoping the originals were an isolated issue. Instead of a refund, the seller sent me a replacement and I received the replacement I ordered myself. My daughter loves this color so I've decided to keep both spare pairs. Well, when exchanging a pair,
